Service

Hi,

What mileage per year should I do before before having a service - Is it about 12,000 per year?

If you're happy to stick to BMW's recommendations, your dashboard readout should tell you when a service is due. Personal view - I wouldn't go much beyond 12K without an oil and filter change (preferably sooner).

It's all condition based servicing on these cars, but if you want to show your car some love (shut it Will) then oil changes at 12,000 miles or so won't hurt.
