Clunking/ticking sound after shutdown(video provided)

Got the A/C on and when I shutdown the engine I get this noise. Loose fan?

Btw, the sound won't appear if I don't use the AC

Drove to work today (40 mile highway) and turned on the heater about 4 minutes before I had to park. Turned off the engine with heater still running...did not get that horrible sound. Is this related to the "heat" of the car running? Ie cold car with AC/heater on and shutdown = horrible sound?
