RFT pressure loss alert!!!

Just got tire pressure loss warning indicator w/ flat tire alert on screen. But can't seem to detect any flat. Took to shop got tires aired up & reset FTM it's cold could that have caused loss of tire pressure & warning light???

Yes. As it gets more cold the air doesn't expand since it's less dense. It's all science and it's normal.

Colder air is not going to expand as much, so you'll see a slight drop in pressure when it's really cold out. If you can't find any leaks, just put more air in your tires and continue on with your day. Nothing to worry about.

Same happened to me today, it was 28F out this AM, checked pressure and 1 tire was 4lbs less than the other 3, aired up, rest the FTM and no flat tire warning rest of the day, will see what happens tomorrow.

That's sorta my experience as well but all my tires were super low and one was even lower that that. Had tires aired up to where they should be reset FTM and wala no more alerts
