Well I picked up my e92 :)
Got rid of my faithfully reliable e46.
I choose Alcantara/cloth for interior, then was wondering if I'd regret not getting leather but I'm pleased to say I'm not Sports seats fantastic!!! A must have! Only thing I'm not to sure on are the 18's (and the 19's), will be very easy to kerb! Matter of 'when' rather than 'if'. Love it where it says in the manual not to exceed 100MPH when running in lol. (but do keep to the country's speed limits) Happy motoring everyone |

looks very nice mate, bit of a joke really the 100mph thing, can thrash the fyling fuck out of it without exceeding 60mph... redline every gear etc. well apart from the top 2 as you will be over 100 lol.
The alcantara seats do look good buddy!! Carlos

Looks fine.
I really like the M Sport steering wheel. That is one thing I would change on my SE spec. I kerbed one of my alloys too, but if not done too badly (e.g. by our stuntman Carlos ) they can be repaired perfectly. D.

Hi Mike UK, looks good. Still smitten with that lovely blue & I do miss that chunky steering wheel. Enjoy

Lovely car Mike - top choice and I agree, the Alcantara does look smart
(PS - be careful with that air freshener - I have heard of horror stories if they leak - ruined dash!! ) |

Looks good!
I've been reading up on whats requried to change it, pretty sure I'm going to do it, new wheel, new bag and new switch assembly. Expensive but worth it I think. Had a loaner the other day with the M Sport wheel on it and when I got back in mine I thought "ahhh nice car..." then shortly after .... "what the heck is this skinny steering wheel all about?" |

Lovely looking car mate. I too am very happy with the standard sports seats. I've no regrets about not getting leather.
Why do you need an air freshener with a brand new car? I love the new smell (unless you went for the protection stuff the dealer sells which does smell naff).

Watch the tree air freshners too... they will also dissolve the dash. Just spray it with something safe or use granules.. or place on carpet area underseats (check it won't damage the material first)
Anyhow, love the car, and colour and spec.... Leather wasn't a must for me either, but having my nephew in the back often makes it easier than alcantara to clean. |

Looks great Mike, I'm sure you're going to love that car.
Thanks for the photos too, still waiting for my Le Mans Blue E92, so your pics are keeping me sane (and a bit envious)

Great looking car Mike! The alcantara is much more comfortable than the leather too. Enjoy
