Plug gap

I have a 2016 50i running an ESS tune an I get hesitation sporadically at WOT. I ordered one step cooler plugs but haven’t put them in yet. There seems to be a lot of variance as to what people are gapping them to and as they are a pain in the ass to get to, I would like to only do it once{for at least a few thousand miles}. Is there a consensus for what to gap them at? I will be adding un-catted downpipes in the next month and will be running BM3 stage 2 91.

Most gap there plugs to .020-.022 iirc.
