2015 x5 35d fuel injector failure

I had a single cylinder injector fail in 2018 while traveling away from home and had a dealership scan the computer and identify the fuel injector problem. I brought my vehicle home and my dealership wouldn't accept the other dealer's computer diagnostics. They rescanned the vehicle and did not identify a problem. 6 months later they replaced all 6 fuel injectors when my engine light went back on and this was covered by warranty. Forward to now and my engine light goes on and the problem is the fuel injector to cylinder 2. This is no longer on warranty and cost me @ $1500 to replace. I went online and found that the 2016 and 2017 x5 35d models had extended warranties to 10 year/120,000 miles. Logically speaking, it seems to me that our 2015 models would have the same propensity to early fuel injector failures and should be covered. I want to collect a list of people who have experienced the same problem with fuel injector failures to bring to BMW's attention in an effort to get them to extend the same warranty protection to our 2015 models as the problem is likely the same as the 2016 and 2017 models. Please respond if you have had this problem.

It's worse than that. Not only are MY '16 & '17 diesel X5s covered... but so are MY '15 F10 5 series and MY '15 F02 7 series diesels. The only ones left out in the cold are the '15 F15 diesels.

Oh, and add me to your list. 2015 X5 35d. Had the dealership replace 2 injectors, 5 and 6 I think, to the tune of $1300 back in 2021 I think it was (can get exact info if necessary) with ~95k miles. I called BMW NA (no help but wanted it on record) and filed a case with NHTSA hoping the '15 would be added to the extended warranty.

BTW, their last update was 06/2022 "the MY 2016 F10 N57T, F25 N47T and the MY 2018 F15, F30, F31 N47T diesel engine vehicles
have been added with the posted update of this bulletin dated June 2022"
