Wife's grocery getter config and price
I deployed recently and got the standard military sales pricing so it's probably not a great comparison, but here's our config.
xline 35d with 20" style 451's (most beautiful BMW wheel I've ever seen) MSRP as built, $69,200. Paying $63,600, $5600 off MSRP. Graphite on black Dakota (prefer a lighter interior but kids and package options prohibit, and we would have never picked dark graphite had we not seen it in person. Amazing color that the configurator does not represent well at all, even on a calibrated monitor) Packages: Driver Assistance Package Rear view camera Head-up Display Luxury Seating Package Front ventilated seats Multi-contour seats Options: Rear view camera Surround View Harman Kardon surround sound system Aluminum running boards Rear manual side window shades Ceramic Controls (also wouldn't have ordered without seeing in person, just beautiful) 4-zone automatic climate control |

It's been a while since X5 started deliveries. I wonder if the discount level is getting any closer to invoice level. Still $500-1,000 above invoice is the best deal?

In DFW, I think $1000-$1500 over invoice is the best deal. It would definitely require some negotiation tactics. Let me know if you need a Sales contact.

I got a lot of varied responses in NJ from we aren't giving any discounts on the X5's, to minor discounts on MSRP and anywhere from 1500-2800 over invoice.
The best was 1500 over dealer invoice with base MF and ACQ fee for the 50i. I'm sure others can do better but I'm happy with it. |

Has anyone in Western Canada been able to get a better deal than 2-3% off MSRP?
Looking to get a xDrive35d - 39 months lease, 5.9% interest, 58% residual. Is this bad? |

I know a dealer in the south Florida area that sold me a 2014 X5 for $800 over invoice + $699 dealer fee. PM me if interested. If not in area, you could consider PCD.

I got 10% off MSRP on an order I put in on 4/10, but I also ordered a '15 M3 at the same time. Not sure how much I would have rec'd if I only ordered the X5, though I do know people getting invoice in SoCal.

I have never see something like 300 + invoice in this website for 2014 X5. If you don't mind, can you please share your build details?

I’m in the Chicago area, I ultimately ended up at $1,500 over invoice on my purchase of an xDrive35i M Sport that is being ordered, my build works out to approx. $70k (invoice prices). I first started to go through Costco, the Costco dealer would not even give me a quote because I did not reside in the county the dealership is located in, they gave me the excuses of high demand and the potential that people are exporting X5’s. I called the Costco program and told them about this, they said they were going to look into it. Anyway I moved on. I contacted 5 other Chicago area dealers offering them $750 over invoice, three responded at MSRP less $1,000. The fourth offered $1,500 over invoice so I agreed to it and did the deal. The fifth ultimately offered $1,500 too late in the game, so I may have been able to do a little better playing the two off of one another but I’m happy with it.

Not sure why he is reluctant to pass on his CA info and help fellow members? May be it's his special deal or something. |

I have found that many deals indicated here don't materialize probably due to special pricing of some sort. If I was a SA offering an unheard of price on the x5 I would be making quite a living. factory delivery, FedEx etc. make coast to coast transactions easy so I can only assume the $500 over type deals aren't for the general public.
