Sagging Right Rear Suspension
Hello everyone. I have a 2017 two row with DHP.
Right rear deflates after engine off Can hear compressor when car awakens but does not raise right rear Upon starting car right rear raises to normal and stays there while driving. 36K miles No codes. Checked other threads but nothing with my exact problem. Your thoughts and recommendations are appreciated. |

Airbag problem dude. Simple fix… search the forums. Plenty of topics on this.
Also, get under and check that your compressor is not cracked where it connects to the lines. It is plastic, and can break. I’d check this before you order new air springs though. If you get new ones, get the Arnott’s! |

Any one else? Can I drive it this way? Cannot get into the dealer until end of November.
Seems like air bag right side. Any other ideas other than compressor connections? Thanks. Hello everyone. I have a 2017 two row with DHP. It happened to me crossing a bridge… both went out… needless to say I was pissed and so were the people behind me 🤷🏽‍♂️ Just look at the curvature of the bags, where it folds back in… if it has that “dry rotted look” (like it can be a cheese grader) then your bags are bad. They should look smooth, with no rough surface if you understand what saying…. And if you post a picture of them, people here will be way more helpful too… |

Suggest to buy Arnott's aftermarket air springs and find an indy shop willing to install them. |

This. Order the airbags and find a local mechanic. Even one who doesn't know bmws should be able to swap them out. And for a lot less money than dealer.

Is the bag a high probability??? I have a indy 1.5 hours away. I could have the bag drop shipped there for him to install but he's not that great at diagnosing problems. If it's not the bag, then I'm kinda stuck. If the bag is high probability then I am tempted to roll the dice. Roll the dice?????? |

Yup. Almost guaranteed to leak at some point. Personally I would have just replaced them regardless.

Yep. I have two on hand at home. I bring one with me when we go on our overland trips. They are easy to replace, even when out in the sticks.
