Summer tire reccomendations

Hey all, my summers are in need of replacement. I've got a set of contisportcontact SSRs, and am looking at replacing them with the DWS06+ and am curious if anyone has any reason to not go with those? Live in MN so weather is an issue, but i have a set of 19s for winter. I do occasional spirited driving, but not often... so more interested in something quiet and comfortable that can take the speed when needed.

appreciate everyones input!

I've just installed conti DWS06 plus and really love it. The ride is very compliant and sporty even coming from run flat summer tires.

I have dedicated summer wheels (MP4S), but use DWS6+ for the rest of the year. I agree they are great wheels and will be my go to! If they had them in the sizes I need for my summer 22s I would have gone with them as well!

Everyone loves the DWS06+, while it's not truly a summer tire it may make the most sense for your uses. Keep in mind that if you get a true "summer" tire, the compound will be damaged if exposed to temperatures below freezing.

What about for us in Florida, what is a good recommendation for a great summer tire?

Big thumbs up for the DWS06+ - I really could not be happier with them on my MSport 35d. So much quieter than the stock Pirelli RFTs and very capable in all conditions and situations I’ve thrown at them. They last a heck of a lot longer to boot. No brainer in my world.
