Fantastic times! I’ll be joining you in the upgraded turbo club in the next few weeks - my Pure Stage 2 arrived last week and I can’t wait to get it installed. I’ll be on 93 octane only though as the closest E85 stations to me are nearly 30 minutes out of my way. Still, I’m hoping for a 4.0 sec 0-60. We’ll see soon!

Glad to hear it! I think a 4 sec 0-60 is definitely achievable on a PS2 on 93 octane with some driver mod so good luck! Make sure you get XHP flashed when you start chasing the time if you haven’t already.
Let me know once you dig in, I’ve been through it and then some so happy to help answer questions as needed.

Scheduled the OFHG replacement preventatively for 11/20 so we’ll knock that out and the BHP Front Mount Intake at the same time. That will complete every preventative item I can do in the engine bay, then we move to suspension and chassis replacements.

Meanwhile, we rest while I’m in Portugal.

Thanks dude. Also working with a company called Visican EU for a Digital Vent gauge prototype that will connect via OBD so hopefully should have that in my hands at the end of this month for testing for all of us.

Final piece of maintenance short of rod bearings complete in the engine bay with the oil filter housing gasket being completed today. We also learned that the Mosselman turbo has a bigger inlet snout than the BimmerHausPerformce intake has so we’re going to go through some more product revisions. Such is the way with new product testing.

Took some engine bay photos to commemorate the completion of all preventative maintenance at 71k miles.

Looking forward to more changes incoming for the final push on the stock engine.

Once again documenting on the thread so the proof is out there. Went out for some testing late last night and set the fastest 0-60 for an N55 SUV to date of 3.67 seconds. Also another pic for funsies.

1/2 tank of E71 fuel on this run.

Productive days in the garage - installed the Motorsport Hardware stud conversion I’ve been sitting on for probably over 6 months. Also installed a gauge pod that I’m helping a company called Arc Terminator prototype, same folks who developed the EKP cooler with me for upgraded fuel pumps.

Some slight revisions to the pod taking place for v2 but overall way cleaner than the before also pictured.

Next up, car gets dropped off on the 13th for methanol install. VERY excited for that.

Are you still running the F10 turbo inlet? Did you note any performance advantage from that upgrade? Was it plug and play?

Yea f10 inlet has been on the car with the new turbo. You need a new f10 intake pipe from the inlet to the maf sensor as well to make it work properly.

Methanol system is installed and active. Still have to test the calibration and dial it in but for now I am extremely happy. Details below.

- Snow Performance Stage 2.5 methanol injection kit with VC50 controller
- ProMeth Injection 3 Gallon tank flush mounted under the cargo floor
- 10gph nozzle in the chargepipe
- Arc Terminator prototype f15 gauge pod
- Snow Performance Boost Juice 50/50 mix

The boost target on E85 and Meth will be 25psi but in order to get there we need to reduce wastegate duty cycle a bit more. This will be achieved with a bigger 3.5” full catback and I’m experimenting with shortening the intake tract. Goals are set for 2024, let’s do this.

Starting off the year with a cosmetic change. The rear badge was peeling bad, and I just happen to come across a company called RigaKit that makes 3D printed badges. Had them make a set in the OEM style. Very happy with this.
