I really want to put rims with such measurements
ORGINALS BMW 469M

20 inch light alloy rims BMW style 469M
- front: 10J x 20" ЕТ40,
- rear: 11J x 20" ЕТ37,
- bolt pattern 5x120, centre bore 74.1

is it possible to put them on my bmw???

and won't it harm the car, the gear box? the transmission reducer? and etc

yes you can put 469s on your f15. this was a stock option and many x5s came from the factory with 20" 469s.
