Decided not to take delivery of this X5.
It is available @ Parkview BMW for anyone interested in it! Its a beautiful spec, just not the right timing for me as some things have come up and I am reassessing my vehicle situation at the moment.

Likely lose your deposit i would think, but depending on your relationship with the dealer and/or if they can move the vehicle quickly, then you could probably walk away.
I noticed, someone at Autohaus also walked away from a white 35d that was supposed to get delivered last week. |
