Exclamation Plugs and Coils 2015 x50

I have had 3 ignition coils go bad recently and the warranty would not cover just replacing them all. I want to just go ahead and replace the rest and do the plugs while I'm in there. I also have cracks in the 2 plastic vent hoses that I guess are pretty common. My questions are... How hard are these things to do? Im a change the oil or tire kind of guy at best. Anyone have any links to videos that might help? I swear I have done some research before coming here to ask. Just not having much luck. Also, what plugs and coils would anyone suggest. Links to those or the cracked hoses replacement would be appreciated as well. Thank you

Could the coils be bad?

I've been trying to track down a vibration problem on my 2017 50i and ended up replacing my plugs with ‎BBHK-52172-1-8-4182343. No change, vibration is still there. No error codes reported, so possibly barking up the wrong tree there.

A couple of the coils look suspicious though, could be cosmetic, any thoughts on this pic?
