Is keyless entry standard on the F15?

Because if it is I don't have it!

Thanks

Unfortunately not..I believe it is optional. Came with the Executive Package here in the US.

It's not standard. Comes with the "premium package".

That's correct, it's the premium package ($1300) I believe it is a triple combo: soft close doors($750), comfort access ($500), and satellite radio ($50). I thought I had it and kept trying to touch the doors initially and was wondering why the car wouldn't open like our Acura MDX, lol. Then I looked at my spec sheet and realized it didn't come with my car . It's a very convenient feature, indeed.

As atomic80 said, if you get the executive package ($4300), it's included as well:
Executive Package
•Retractable headlight washers
•Comfort Access keyless entry
$500
•Head-up Display
$1000 (when buying Tech package vs just NAV stand alone)
•Satellite radio with 1 year subscription
•Heated Steering Wheel
$150 (what it used to cost when it was a stand alone option)
•Rear view camera
$950 in combination with below item
•Park Distance Control
•Leather seats $950 (doesn't list it as included but it is)

This feature should be standard on any car / suv that BMW offers. I hate how they nickel and dime you!

I hate how BMW nickels and dimes you on small things as well, but key-less entry is one of those things that I prefer to have as an option, or in my specific case - to opt it out. Just like pressing the open/close buttons on the key, but then I'm a bit crazy about this (i.e. not a general/common customer)- i.e. love how Ferrari for instance still keeps the big key that you actually need to use, rather than have it sitting in your pocket.

Not in the UK, you need 'Comfort Access' for about £765 as an option.

With keyless entry option, you can still use your keyfob as a remote and lock and unlock from a distance like you would normally would do.

keyless entry is an option (a rather expensive one, i opted it out), but keyless go is standard on all F15.

so you only need the key as a remote to open the car

This ^. Except you are all confusing 'keyless entry' with 'Comfort Access.' I don't think any car produced today still requires you to insert your key into the key hole on the door to unlock the car

Go buy a Porsche, everything is an option and nothing is standard.
