ordered 2016 X5 (no pics yet)

Hello Bimmers!

I found this forum after I got ordered my X5. it should have been great if I searching earlier.
I ordered at 18 Aug and sales person told me the car will be ready around a month later. I am anticipated to see my new family car

Actually I liked to go with GL450 but the waiting time is almost a year but no regret with X5's high performance and technology
here's my order and I am not sure if I choose well.

2016 X5 xDrive50i
- M Sport Line
- Premium Package Enhanced
- 3rd Row Seating
- LED Lighting
- Driving Assistant
- Parking Assistant
- Fineline Oak Wood Trim / Terra Dakota Leather
- Carbon Black

My wife push me order 3rd row seats. it won't daily use but I think it's good to have since I have second kid soon. also I like to choose ActiveSteering but it seems like can't order with ParkAssistant also the sales person told me since the BMW go with electric steering, ActiveSteering is not so popular. I searched thread here and I'm bit concerned about it.
I will post some photo when car is delivered.

Congrats on your new purchase. IMO for a SUV of this size, some sort of upgraded suspension is a good idea, unless you enjoy driving a softer ride. The good news is, in Canada when you order a Msport line the adaptive M suspension is included.

All your other options are solid as well.. The only thing I would have added is Harmon Kardon sound system, rear window shades and something that is absolutely important to me is the multi-contour 20 way adjustable seats. If you able to make changes to your build then I would research these immediately on this forum and the other forum ( bimmerpost ) ASAP. Good luck!

Yes and dealer told me might be longer than a year in canada. I am no regret with BMW it's much more powerful and high-tech . Sure I will keep post the progress. Thanks!
