I still am trying to confirm this, but info is scarce. As it stands right now - some say all coding does is helps bleed system properly (supposedly it's impossible to get rid of 100% air bubbles with conventional bleeding without using codes that will activate bleeding procedure) - hence squishy pedal feel that some experience right after change without coding. Others say it supposedly increases main cylinder pressure (I think that sounds like snake oil, but who knows). I would love to get to the bottom of this to know the truth, but unfortunately not many BMW technicians here who have vast knowledge of all procedures and secrets

I might need some new brakes soon. How much does it weigh approx? I might pay for shipping if its not too unreasonable.

Just to give you an idea: recently bought stock 35i brakes...full kit.
Weight around 150lbs.
Suggest it is split into two boxes as FedEx/UPS have a limit.
Price around $180 from CA, but I have a business account.

still not sold. i will be taking them out this week for pictures and such so i can get shipping info... clearly people want these for free lol
got about 20 people interested but i want to get the shipping quote prepared. i will need to buy shipping and packaging materials to keep it safe, but i will let them go ...
i will update everyone shortly.

i never had the system coded after the brake upgrade. they actually felt like they faded less but still had squishy initial bite. better bite but squishier.

100% 35i owners will notice a difference. its a great upgrade

I'm still not sure. How much do you want for the set-up before shipping?
