Hey Need some advice on my 2016 x5m

Hey guys bought a 2016 x5m has 150tho Kms. Its had the valve steam seals done and a new timing chain tensioner

One thing i didnt notice when i bought it but after a week later it drives perfect shifts up and down perfect

but when u come to a complete stop and say after 15/20seconds the car jerks like feels like it down shifts and u feel the car jerk

any idea? also if i give it bit of stick u can smell sometbing but only when u give it a bit

p.s if i come to a complete stop and put it straight away in Neutral the jerking doesnt happen

May be a transmission/ transfer case service would help? At that mileage I would also service Front and rear diffs

yeah was doin some research today maybe i should start with tranny service and maybe change solenlids and seals

and then transfare case

or actually just found a post that some others had the same issue and it being transfare case oil change and reset will give that a go first this week 🤞

This sounds like a similar quirk I have with mine. Does the rear raise slightly when this happens?

mine feels like it bogs down like a missfire kinda feel which makes me think could be transfare case needing service and re calib
