Programming / Coding used replacement amplifier and no Sound

I installed INST+ but am new to it. What do I need to do to make the replacement used amplifier work?

See some pics of the red faults.

Looks like you need to code the AMP and the KOMBI with either E-SYS or Bimmer Utility. There are some experienced members who may assist you with this.
