Slightly backwards then but still not a bad deal.

With refund/credit against the original order amount, FCP Euro really needs to think how attractive its LRG is now. Usually prices including shipping increase with time, the saving for buyers gets less and less with time, and eventually it doesn't worth the hassle and make the financial sense to buy from FCP Euro.

yeah at this point it costs half as much as an oil change to ship an oil change kit back.

A quick question. I started this thread because this is new to me. In my first purchase, I bought other stuff too, not just an engine oil filter, a micro filter, and a cabin air filter. Other stuff I bought a year ago include screw drivers, etc. and I intend to keep them. Can I just re-order these three (same) products and return the old ones and get credit?

Happy holidays &Thanks!

“Please do not use the manufacturer's box as the sole shipping box. Items being returned should be in their manufacturer's box and then placed inside another larger shipping box. In general, the return should be shipped in the same fashion as it arrived.”

Yep. That’s why I keep their packaging.

Haha, yeah I learned that the hard way, but now just have a spot in the garage for all the retail packaging etc.

FWIW, they’re fair with their warranty and I’ve ordered with them for ages. Fast shipping in the northeast too since they ship out of CT.

You’re doing it wrong. Spark plugs for example… order the first set and install. When you need a replacement, you order them. When they arrive, swap them out and put the old ones in the box for the new ones and then mail them back. Once you do that, you ship the old ones back and they credit your account. That’s how I’ve been doing it for years, no issues.

Oh, yeah, they'll only credit you the original price right? Not the new current price? Did you chat with them to verify that?

Original price. It's on their site, and been their process for years.

+1. My E92 gets spark plugs every year, since 2017.

I must say, this site is a great place for BMW customers. Last week I sent three filters to FCP EURO for replacement for the first time last week, and today I got an email about $90ish store credit.

Thanks to everyone! Happy holidays to you all!

Best.
