Spacers for 611M Wheels

I am sick if the gap in the rear on my F85 running 611m wheels. What do folks run to be more flush with fender?

15mm front and rear from H&R looks good, not overly aggressive but definitely changes the look

I'm interested as well to get some for my 611 wheels. I'm assuming will need to get appropriate size lug nuts. Any idea on size?
