So mine come on only when I activate the "Interior Lighting Design". It's a soft white (while vehicle is off) regardless of what color you have activated. Not sure if it matches the color when the vehicle is on.
They turn on anytime you open a door or if you press the dome light button. Clearly, if yours do not come on and you have the lighting package, then your fiber bar is disconnected from the LED, broke, missing, or the LED is out. |

That's it, it's just written differently because you don't have B&O. B&O center speaker has a light you can turn on, that's why my portion of the menu is different.
After you activate it, check for the lights on. ?? |

Remove the back trim and check it out. Be careful as the LED wire doesn't have a ton of slack for you to pull it out. Remove back cover, reach up top to unhook the cable, remove completely and check that your LEDs aren't burnt out or that there's something wrong with your fiber glass (crystal that sits above that actually lights up). Only thing I would do.... this should narrow it down. |

2017 model onwards the LED strip was removed. Also the light in B&O door speakers (not tweeters) was also removed. I know because i had a 2015 model (both with B&O and lights package) 2017 also has different water nozzles for front windshield and some other small changes. 2018 you can no longer tilt rear portion of the sunroof.
