Best non Run Flat Tire for 2015 X5 50i
What is the best Performing tire for the X5 50i? I want to try to negotiate the removal of run flats in my deal.

This seems to be the favorite on the threads.

Yep, less noise and vibration. Some handle better but that's all dependent on the tires. My Delintes are great for such inexpensive/underrated tires.

Some say you lose a little cornering performance after switching to Conti DWS from summer performance RFT. I don't know by how much. I also want to switch my summer tires with all-season but this is a concern for me. After paying extra for upgraded suspension, I don't want to give up handling performance... thoughts?

Hey you are probably right about "barely even notice it". I want to make the switch.. I just wish there was some sort of review or more data available to us to make an informed decision.

from my Merc GLK-BMW 335i-Wrangler on 35s-Audi S6-to my BMW X5....any car any performance or any capability....tires are everything. after of course upgraded suspension
i dont know if Michelin Pilot Super Sport come in extra load for our sizes, but hands down best tire for straight out performance...without selling a kidney on price. dont be discouraged by our runflats if you have 20s they may be slightly louder, slightly stiffer, but they are a very decent ride, with my suspension anyways, and are the best handling runflat i have experienced... by your stable of current cars, i assume you know tires matter, but maybe the fact that you have an suv with no spare, a runflat may be beneficial and save you a hassle of a tow.
