Rear seat delete
I think this weekend I am going to delete my rear seats on my E92 since I do not use them, I tried searching the DIY but didn't find any pictures just wanted a visual of this done on an E92. Only found the following pictures one on an E92 another on an E46, if someone has done this or knows where I can find more pictures I would appreciate it.

you want instructions on how to simply remove seats? Or you want instructions on how to make the "block out" section as well?
I've seen the removal instructions before, though I don't think it was put on DIY, might be in the Track section.

You can also swap the E92 rear center console out with one from an E90. Here's what it looks like:

I am just looking for pictures of an E92 with the block out done to it just to get a better visual. The first image I posted just has the backrest and not the seat part so just wanted a picture of a complete setup, I don't need a DIY as I found one on the E46 forum on making the actual block out section so I'll just work off of that. Sorry If I didn't specify |

Ahhh I am an idiot I didn't even acknowledge the center console part on the E92, E90 center console would be ideal in doing this, very helpful thank you! If I can't find one I will just have to work around the center console for now. |

From what I remember, it was a very tight fit in general because of the carpet at the bottom. We really had to deform the carpet and mash it out of the way to get the vent piece to fit.

x2 on this, I just built a rear seat delete and swapped in the e90 vent. I had to trim the new plastic a bit and notch the carper under the vent. It is NOT a very direct fit but it can fit with some persuasion

A properly adjusted 6pt harness goes around the inner thigh and hip to keep the torso locked in and less likely to submarine. Keeping the torso locked in keeps you safer in a rollover. Most people think the biggest danger in a rollover is the roof caving in and crushing them. Fact is most rollover deaths are from your head hitting the ground when the car lands on its side. A 6pt better controls the torso reducing the chances of body parts being outside of the car.
