Tire Help With Vorsteiner V-FF 103s 19"!!

Interested in getting some 19" Mystic Black 103s but need some help on rim and tire sizing. I have the stock 19" [9x19 (ET29) +10x19 (ET40), Style 437M] with 255/35 & 275/35 Michelin PSS and Sport 4s respectively. Not educated on wheel sizing but I would like to be as close to stock as possible and still be able to use my current tires without any problems.

However, I noticed the width on the front is 9.5 instead of the stock 9 and both of the offsets on the 103s are different than stock. Will these wheels still work with my current Michelins? If so, any consequences of not matching the widths and offsets exactly? Lastly, any recommendations on best place to purchase? Thanks for the help!
