Error code 030490 Steering wheel heater and Cruise control 480143

Hi!
I have two problems with my F15. My cruise control alarms every time I start the car, but disappears after 5 sec, the cruise control works as usual.

Then I get no heat in the steering wheel. The button lights up that the steering wheel heater is on but the steering wheel remains cold. Attach a picture from ista. Anyone have any idea?

The steering wheel is original not changed.

I have the same error and symptoms after doing a retrofit for a heated steering wheel.
