X5 M50d F15 turbo actuator clicking

Guys new to this forum and liking it already with all of useful info 💪🏼

Need some help as search hasn't lead me to any info.
When i lock/unlock the car i noticed a clicking noise and found out the the turbo actuator rod is jumping up & down for 5-6 seconds.

I made a video i will upload.
Is there a repair kit to the rod or shall i purchase a complete actuator?
Are the teeth inside worn or something and why does this problem occured?
