Scan Tool?
Hi Folks I’m new to this world.
Any advice on a scan tool that can activate the air suspension system, inflating and deflated the Air bags (2015 xdrive 35d) thanks in advance. |

ISTA+ is free and official. Just need to download and install on PC.
Get bm3 wifi OBD as it works with ISTA. With this setup will have full capabilities read/write/activate all diagnosis available from BMW. |

If you're computer savvy and have a windows laptop then ISTA+ would be a very good option.
I have the Foxwell NT530 $159.00 https://www.foxwelldiag.com/products/foxwell-nt530 Note: I haven't used it for what you describe, so confirm with the supplier first. Safest to purchase directly from Foxwell, not Amazon. |

ISTA is probably the best option, but requires laptop setup.
I use the Foxwell NT530 on my X5d and it has more functionality than I know what to do with. It has already paid for itself over and over (clearing codes, registration of batteries, bleeding fuel filter, recalibration of xfer case). Great little unit that can be loaded with other car manufacturers as well. |
