N57 coolant pipe

So I know one of the common issues on the n57 is the coolant pipe under the intake cracking.

I found an aftermarket aluminum coolant pipe. What’s everyone’s thoughts on aluminum vs plastic?

In almost all cases I’d say aluminum would be preferred over plastic.
