Apex EC-7's What a difference!

If I am thinking correctly, this is the third set of wheels in 1 year. That's a record for me. These are what I should have started with in the first place. The fit is spot on, the finish is VERY impressive. Comparing these to the stock wheels is crazy. These are at least 5lbs per wheel lighter. Eddie your company did a wonderful job on this new wheel.

wow reducing the size and rez on these really made the quality BAD. Guess I should not have shot them in RAW.

They look great. Your side shots look good, as it really shows the depth of the wheel. Someday I plan on getting these same wheels. But I always think they look just "ok" in pics when shot straight on, because you don't get a good feel for the depth.

Couldn't agree more! The weight difference is noticeable.

If you're thinking of a track set, and don't plan on a BBK in the future, the ARC-8s are a bit over 2 pounds lighter than the same sized EC-7. Finish, fitment, it's great either way (we have a set of ARC-8s on one car, EC-7s on the other).

I really like the Anthracite against blue. Very nice!

No problem. But the EC-7s have a lot more clearance, so for some size BBKs, there's easier of fitment without having to go to super-aggressive offsets or spacers.

I would say the rear are a little less than flush. IMO the fitment is absolutely spot on. the fronts could be a little more aggressive, but why spend more money on wider daily drive tires when its not necessary

.
Should be lots of room with 9.5 ET22
Especially with the ride height of this setup.
The lower you go, the tighter the fit will be.. Also depending on camber setting.

I think that issue with rubbing on the rears is partially due to lowering, partly due to the /40 profile tire, which is about 4/10ths of an inch larger in diameter vs. stock. I'd run a /35 profile with a 265 (1" smaller diameter) of 275 (~.75" smaller diameter) tire. We're running both size tires on the same spec wheel as TexasZed4MC with a stock suspension, and no rubbing.

I really do like this color wheel on this car!

What do you guys think this will look like on sepang? I am pretty sure these are the wheels I'm going with, just not sure if anthracite or the standard grey/silver or whatever they call it. Generally I don't like black wheels but these do look nice!
