Any UK members had their F15 treated with Opti Coat Pro, good bad worth it etc?. Have read what our friends across the pond think just cant find a UK experience, although presumably the same product. Thanks

It's supposed to last for up to 2 years and protect the vehicle’s paintwork from dust scratches and abrasion, UV damage and contamination, leaving a high gloss, low maintenance finish which stays cleaner for longer and requires less upkeep - time will tell. I also had the leather treated as well. |

If I were you, I'd go for C-Quartz Finest - it's on the same level as OptiCoat Pro if not better and has a glossier finish. It also lasts 2 years (with warranty). This was recommended to me a while back by the best detailer in my city when I asked him between the two since he is licensed for both.

Or Zurich Shield, whose warranty is from one of the largest insurers/re-insurers in the world.
I think there are basically, one or two basic formulas, several brands, and dozens of warranties. Zurich's, I believe, is a 7 year warranty. It cost me $800. I expect it to last 2 years and the warranty to be full of disclaimers, making a claim virtually impossible. |

@6605paull Mine was delayed by 3 weeks.....no reason. At least I had the improved specification and dealer lent me a nice little 4 series with the 'soft/hard' top which I made the most of back in May.
You will enjoy the F15 when you get it...well worth the wait! |

No problem...its not a 5 minute job unlike Autoglym etc. It took 2-3 days.
But this was because I had it done a week after delivery and had the body, glass, alloys AND leather sealed....Full Monty! My wife's Evoque was in for 2 full days and that was just body and glass. |
