A: iPod touch. Or spend $10 on a USB stick and follow these procedures: http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...ht=itunes+sync

I have a 5th gen iPod Nano and it works fine through just a regular Apple to USB cable on my MY2014 F15. (I looked up the model list on Wikipedia to make sure I for the version right). Plugged it straight into the USB socket in the centre console.
I have 6NS factory fitted, could this make a difference? |

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=758527. This might give some better info. @batmanken, if you get yourself setup with an ENET cable and ESYS, we can help you add 6NS to your FA and see if it changes anything.

I have both cables and the last iPod model, and neither work. Actually, the Y-cable works, but the iPod plays at double or triple speed. When I go in for the 10,000 mile check, I have a list of little BS things for them to check, this being one. I have most of my music/podcasts/audio books on my phone which works great.

After re-reading this post and following the link, i just plugged in the apple cable and it worked. My audible books still play too fast, but everything else works.
Thanks
