"Our screening tests found no evidence of a defeat device in the 2016 BMW X5". -EPA spokeswoman Laura Allen "The vehicle will be going into production shortly at our manufacturing plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina," BMW said. From the Reuters article we also learn that 2014 Diesels comprised 5.9% of BMW's total US sales.
