I would take out the running boards (search threads and you will understand the compromise with them -dirty back of legs as they are the same level as the cabin floor, and not a step).
Comfort seats (multi-contour) would be a good addition, along with a leather dash. The seats are bar none the most comfortable I have sat on in 35 years of driving, and you will find very few criticisms of them. The leather dash looks great and elevates the cabin look quite a bit. DHP, (I don't have it), but those who are demanding superlative handling swear by it. Parking assistant is overrated per survey in my footnote. LED lights, are not a must have, but look nice and have some adaptability with coding (you have to research if you are not familiar with "variable light distribution" and "anti dazzle"). I have them They are not a must have, but nice to have. The survey in my footnote should be helpful. We have one high ranking member in your neck of the woods 42pilot who is immensely helpful with many things, and specifically engines, aftermarket chips and tunes, and automative care, not to mention a possible dealer intro. |

I would skip the full size spare. The car comes with run-flats. You will lose storage space beneath the trunk if you opt for a spare.

The Mocha Nappa Leather package (which includes the leather dash) looks stunning. It is easily the best looking interior package of any vehicle I've owned, especially after I sealed the leather with Leather Nova. The fit and finish is beyond my expectations, and superior to every Japanese luxury brand I've owned.

The matte fineline is not for everyone, but wifey liked it and though the stitched dash and seats look like a nice Hermes bag.

Jealous! That looks like an amazing combo. Pure wood was my first choice because I like the flat color but didn't like that the wood was textured.

Just got an x35d few months ago.
A couple of things I wish I had gotten: 1) Rear comfort seats, but I have a small child and she's rear facing still, so the passenger seat has to sit pretty uptight so it doesnt hit the child seat; 2) Soft close doors so I can make pit stops on road trips and not wake a sleeping baby when closing the door (even carefully closing it still rocks the car a bit). That's my two cents based on what I need for the family, but other than that looks good to me. You will love it. Also, look into racechip ultimate. I got it and love what it's done for performance. |

Here is a few more. Boss was already back. The double stitching is standard with the nappa design packages, in black or mocha.

Yupe, same issue in Canada. I went with 2015 instead of waiting. There are no changes in 2016 and it is about 4 months extra wait.

I can't remember which package it was in, but make sure you get surround view option. Especially on a car of this size, the surround view is a must have IMHO. It's helped me countless times in getting in and out of tight spots.
