Yeah! My wife's Christmas present for delivered today! We picked it up at the Rhine BMW, which is supposed to be one of the largest dealers in Germany. They sure made it special and they were very accommodating. Got some champagne and a keychain to go with it....but it's definitely nicer than anticipated. Got 29 MPG driving home and our average speed was 137 KM/hr in a 165 mile trip. I can't wait until the break in period is over!

The dealer provided the bow...not my idea, but sure made it extra special.

I made it to a computer...so here a few more pics. It was a typical German day...Like I said earlier, the lighting was sort of terrible for the delivery area, but the rest of the showroom was well lit. I'll take more pictures tomorrow if the sun is out.

Congratulations. Once you are past the run-in you can exploit that M50d and on a good day with a clear road have some fun on the unrestricted autobahn! I love how some dealers sweeten the deal with a few gifts (that cost little), but strangley they make us feel good about having given them thousnads of €! One week later you spend 3 times as much just filling it up with diesel. It is the same with good jewellers the chocolates and wine always come out.

On delivery I had scuff, dealer gave me same key chain, I traded for the roundel style, then gave it to my friend.
