Clueless on the update criteria

This is a picture of my software version, how would I know if the one currently shown on the BMW update website after supplying my VIN is a later version, the numbers don't make sense, the web site shows UPD 05062, when I opened the attached info file, it says it's applicable to either version MN-2.255.60 or MN-2.39.60, as you see from the attached picture neither match to my version.

Please keep in mind my car is in Kuwait, maybe there is a regional version of sorts? Yet again, the website asked for my VIN and provided the update recommend accordingly, so do I trust the website?

The dealership here is clueless in this regard so as always I trust the members of this forum to know better.

.60 is the latest. Update away. Bluetooth is bluetooth regardless of the country)))

on the bmw.com/bluetooth website only shows 1 file for my VIN .

Over the course there haven't been any updates? odd!
